It’s not worth it changing who you are/ what you do because of others, especially those you don’t like.
Remember remember, there is always another side of the coin. Everything has a price, in one way or another you will have to pay for it.
No matter what organization you are in/run, chaos is the nature of business.
Discipline and patience.
Go to the extreme often enough and the extreme will become normal.
