No matter how dry a task/the work seems to be, you can create fun out of it if you really try.
Your tribe comes first. Put your comrades, your people, your team, your customers before any project, goal or task. The tasks exist because of these people. Any goal would be meaningless without these people (Btw, there’s a good reason why the military special forces preach the “leave-no-one-behind” philosophy so fiercely).
A little productive act in the field speaks louder than a thousand grand words uttered in the conference room.
